About Us

The Ruffled Hem was established in 2014 by Shanna Helms.  It was a long-time dream to open her own boutique after graduating in 2003 with a degree in Textile & Apparel Management from the University of Missouri.  In 2017, a storefront location in California, MO was opened and is the current home to The Ruffled Hem.  When she's not at the storefront, you can find her cheering on her 4 kids in all of their extra curricular activities.
